Prepare for war: Progress by Amadoodles Prepare for war: Progress by Amadoodles
I was taking wips of this the whole time to help motivate myself whenever I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere, so I thought I might as well compile them all together.

Let me know what you think, both in terms of critique of the final image and process, and whether or not you'd like to see more animations like this :)

Final image here:

It's very interesting to see this, and how you are so willing to change the composition.

Its partly why I dislike doing lineart etc. My images tend to change completely as they progress :)

WOAH. I never thought of taking progress shots and putting them into a gif like this! Since my screen recording software never works for me (livestream included,) this is a really cool way to keep track of the progress made on a drawing.

I say "yes!" to making more animations like this :D I love seeing how other artists work.

Quite I few artists do it. Its not as cool as in you can't stare at each of their shots in your own time, but its pretty interesting to see how it all changes :D
